Introductions

New relationships open by referral.

An introduction comes from an existing client, or from counsel we know. The minimum relationship is $10,000,000. If that describes you, write to the desk — desk@ingotprivate.com — and say who sent you. We reply within one business day.

We do not operate web forms. A form is a queue, and a queue is a promise to answer later. The desk answers now, or by tomorrow's post.

Day to day, the bank is in your pocket.

Routine banking happens in the Ingot Private application, issued by your banker when the relationship opens: accounts, the card, transfers, and signed statements — every one carrying its own proof. There is nothing to download from a store and nothing to enroll in. Your banker hands it to you, configured.

Any statement we issue can be verified independently at verify.ingotprivate.com/s — reference, period and closing balance, exactly as issued.

How does a new relationship begin?

By introduction. An existing client, or counsel we know, puts your name forward; you write to the desk and say who sent you. We do not run an application and we do not operate a web form. We open the relationships we can serve properly, and decline the rest.

Is there a minimum relationship?

Ten million dollars. It is not a status marker. It is the point below which one banker cannot give a household the attention the house is built to provide. Beneath it we are the wrong bank, and we will tell you so plainly.

How quickly does the desk respond?

A person answers the line at any hour, on any day, at 1-888-535-0100. Written correspondence to desk@ingotprivate.com is answered within one business day. No queues, no tickets, no case numbers read back to you.

How do I verify a statement you sent me?

Every statement we issue is signed and carries its own reference. Paste it at verify.ingotprivate.com/s and we confirm the reference, period and closing balance exactly as issued. Verification proves document facts as issued; it is not a balance attestation.
